A time to come home to yourself — to honour your body as it is now, to soften into your breath, and to remember the quiet wisdom of your own heart.
Inner Medicine Coaching is a three-month, one-on-one journey designed to support women in mid-life who are ready to reconnect with themselves — not through fixing or pushing, but through presence, rhythm and reverence.
Through the ancient frameworks of Yoga and Ayurveda, we create a personal rhythm of care that feels both grounding and alive. Together, we explore what it means to live with steadiness and ease — not just on the mat, but in the small, sacred moments of daily life.
This coaching is for you if:

Why a 3 month series?
Change doesn’t happen in a single conversation. It unfolds slowly — spacious and steady.
Over six sessions, we create the consistency needed for real transformation.
Each session builds on the last, allowing insight to become lived experience.
Between sessions, you’ll be guided to integrate gentle practices, rituals, and routines that honour your unique constitution, energy, and season of life. Along with gentle accountability and support between sessions you're given maximum chance of making true and lasting changes. To feel the way you want to feel and be empowered to walk your unique path.
By the end of our three months together, you’ll have a toolkit of inner medicine practices and understandings that sustain you long after our time together ends.
What you'll receive:
♡ An extensive pre-coaching questionnaire to pinpoint areas of your life that you would like to focus on during the series.
♡ Six 1:1 coaching sessions (over three months) - we meet fornightly on Zoom or in my home studio.
♡ A personalised daily rhythm rooted in Yoga and Ayurveda and backed by the science of habit change.
♡ Gentle practices to support body, mind, and heart with 3 months access to my membership portal Heart Seeds Sangha to engage with teachings and practices there to support your journey and growing self awareness.
♡ Guidance in creating sacred space in ordinary moments.
♡ Email support between sessions for continued connection and accountability.
This is my highest touch offering - you have my support as much or as little as you'd like over the 3 months to take action towards things that have possibly been keeping you 'playing small' or repeating the same patterns of self-sabotage for a lifetime.

Investment:
Session 1: $200 (90 mins)
Session 2-6: $175 each x 5 = $875
PLUS ongoing HIGH LEVEL support between sessions as needed.
PLUS 3 months access to all the practices and content in my onling membership Heart Seeds Sangha.
Total for the 3 month series: $1075
Payment Plans available on request otherwise each 'ortnightly fee simply due prior to the next session.
