Yoga therapy offers you a safe, nurturing space to listen inward, soften the edges, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. These sessions are designed for women who are ready to embrace this chapter with compassion and empowerment.
A Gentle Reset – Instead of pushing through, you’ll learn to soften, release tension, and cultivate the strength and steadiness you truly need right now.
Re-alignment - mid-life is a time of sacred re-alignment. Our bodies, brains, minds and hearts are going through ENORMOUS changes and this can be really challenging. A yoga practice is the perfect companion on the path to rediscovering who you truly are now, in this new phase.
Personalised for You – Our sessions are tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re navigating stress, sleep changes, menopause, illness, musculoskeletal issues or simply craving more balance in body and mind. We co-create a bespoke take-home practice designed just for you.
Healing Beyond the Mat – This isn’t just yoga postures. It’s breathwork, mindfulness, and therapeutic practices you can weave into your daily life for lasting calm and clarity.
*An in-depth questionnaire to complete before our session/s to pinpoint your exact areas of need.
*A conversation at the start of the first session to define goals and desired outcomes of the sessions.
*One-on-one sessions (in-person or online) crafted just for you (a series of at least 3 sessions is recommended) to create a home practice that suits your body and life. Subsequent sessions are to tweak the practice, add in Ayurvedic lifestyle changes and / or coach you through any challenges that are arising for you.
*Gentle movement, breath, and guided practices to support physical, emotional, and hormonal balance. Yoga therapy treats ALL layers of you according to the Pancha Maya Kosha model through which physical, psychological and energetic imbalances can be addressed.
*An experience of TRUE yoga as it was meant to be experienced, one on one with a guide who has walked the path and teaches from her own daily, committed practice.
*Simple tools you can carry into your everyday life to feel grounded and supported.
*A space where you are heard, held, and honoured exactly as you are and given an opportunity to listen to your body, calm your nervous system and mind and be guided by your own wisdom and intuition.
*Women experiencing the shifts of perimenopause or menopause.

I work with all levels of practitioner from beginner to those who've practiced Yoga for many decades.
